Lead Diesel Technician – $80K Base + Bonuses (Earn $90K–$100K+)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of diesel technicians.
- Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (electrical, aftertreatment, engines).
- Quality-check jobs and keep workflow on track.
- Coordinate with service advisors and management on production.
- Represent Certified Fleet with professionalism and pride.
Pay & Incentives
- Base Salary: $80,000 per year ($1,538.46 weekly)
- Weekly Bonuses:
- $100 per tech that hits 40 hours
- $250 shop-wide average bonus when team averages 45 hours
- Monthly Bonus: $1,000 if shop meets KPI target
- Earning Potential: $90K–$100K+ annually

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years diesel repair experience (advanced diagnostics required)
- Prior leadership experience in a shop setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license & clean record
- Master certifications preferred
