The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Certified Fleet Services is the voice of our organization. This role is responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing a professional, positive first impression of our company. The CSR is expected to deliver excellent service while supporting internal teams through accurate scheduling, effective use of our CRM, and strong administrative skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Answer inbound and place outbound calls to customers in a professional, courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Provide clear communication and solutions to customer inquiries
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support service managers and technicians by coordinating schedules and service orders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship building
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience required
- Experience with scheduling and CRM systems preferred
- Automotive or fleet service experience a plus
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
